Fun Calendar is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
The holiday descriptions and advice in Fun Calendar are provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or completeness.
Fun Calendar Pro is offered as auto-renewing weekly and annual subscriptions, and as a one-time lifetime purchase; the exact name, length, and price of each option are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings; canceling does not refund the unused portion of an already-paid period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
This app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Fun Calendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
